Abstract
David Ward talks to Ken Scott, station officer with the River Mersey Inshore Rescue Service on the occasion of its 20th birthday. The Rescue Service is an independent charity, operating 24 hours a day, all year round, to help save the lives of those people who find themselves in trouble on the Mersey.
